Variety description

The plant forms a leaf rosette and reaches a height of 20–40 cm. The root crops have a spherical shape, with a diameter of 10–15 cm. The surface is covered with black skin, and inside there is dense white flesh with a pungent taste.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open field by summer-autumn sowing. The root crops have good keeping quality and are used for consumption in the autumn-winter period. Cultivation requires thinning for correct fruit formation and to prevent bolting.
