The plant is grown exclusively as microgreens for consumption at a young age. Externally, the variety is characterized by dark purple-violet leaves and pink-violet stems; the height of the sprouts ready for harvest is from 3 to 7 cm.

The period from sowing to harvest takes from 6 to 12 days. The plant is cultivated in controlled conditions on substrates; the disease resistance indicators characteristic of field black radish varieties do not apply to this variety.
