Aga radish is an early-maturing variety. The root crops have a spherical shape; the skin and flesh are white. The flesh is characterized as crisp and tender, resistant to becoming coarse and pithy.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption in salads and for garnishing dishes. It is recommended for cultivation in open and protected ground, as well as in containers. The harvest period is possible from April to June and from September to October.
