The Salsa F1 variety is a universal hybrid with round root crops of intense red color and shiny skin. The internal flesh is milky-white and has a juicy structure with a moderately spicy taste. The plant forms a small, firmly attached leaf rosette, which simplifies bunch harvesting.
The hybrid is characterized by high resistance to cracking and lignification of root crops. The variety is suitable for year-round cultivation under various conditions: in greenhouses from October to February, in unheated tunnels from February to April and from August to October, as well as in the open field during spring and autumn periods.
