Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant has a compact leaf rosette up to 15 cm tall. The root crops have a deep red color, a shiny thin skin, and a diameter of 3–4 cm. The taste of the root crops is characterized as mild, without bitterness. The variety is resistant to pithiness and does not become flabby when left in the ground.

The variety is characterized by cold tolerance, shade tolerance, and resistance to bolting and cracking, which allows it to be grown in protected and open field conditions at various times of the season. The crop is sensitive to excessive application of nitrogen fertilizers and organic matter.
