The roots are 10–15 cm long; the skin and flesh are pure white. The flavor is mild or medium-pungent. The period from germination to harvest ranges from 25 to 40 days depending on growing conditions. The plant forms a fairly large leaf rosette.
The variety is intended for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation during spring and summer periods. Recommended for fresh consumption. If left to overgrow in the soil, the roots may become porous, however, the variety is characterized as resistant to pithiness.
