Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub 30–40 cm high with dark green foliage. The flowers are double, red in color (descriptions with a pink shade occur), with a diameter of 3–5 cm.

The plant is intended for indoor cultivation. The flowering period falls between December and May, the duration of flowering can reach 6 weeks. The variety belongs to the Ghent azaleas group.

In phytopathological studies, this variety is classified as having a medium degree of susceptibility to pathogens in comparison with other cultivars.
