The variety belongs to the group of Belgian Indian azaleas. The flowers are simple, funnel-shaped, deep pink with darker edges and bright red specks on the petals. The anthers of the stamens have a purple hue.

The leaves are dark green, elliptical or obovate with a blunt apex. The variety is a pot or greenhouse crop. With improper care, it is susceptible to spider mites, fungal diseases, and bud drop.
