Variety description

The variety is a compact upright bush 90 to 150 cm in height. The berries are large, translucent, and distinguished by a pale pink color with reddish stripes and a golden hue. The taste is characterized as mild, sweet, and aromatic, with less acidity compared to traditional red currant varieties.

The plant belongs to late maturity groups (July–August). The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew and rust, as well as high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -40°C. When cultivating, it is worth considering the crop's sensitivity to calcareous soils. Productivity is moderate; clusters on the shoots are not positioned very densely.

Due to the attractive appearance of the berries, the variety is mainly used as a dessert type. It is suitable for fresh consumption, decorating confectionery, and processing into jams and jellies.
