Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «Houghton» and «Confection». The bush is vigorous, dense, with thick glabrous shoots, reaching a height of 120–150 cm. The shoots are provided with long thin single spines, positioned perpendicular to the stem. The bush structure is resistant to lodging and suitable for mechanized harvesting.

The berries have a round-oval or elongated-oval shape. Upon ripening, their color changes from orange-red to brick-red. The pulp is characterized by a sweet and sour taste with a sugar content of 9.5–14.5% and vitamin C content of about 36.5 mg%.

The variety is self-fertile and possesses high resistance to adverse climatic factors. Under conditions of a high infectious background, it shows a medium degree of susceptibility to powdery mildew, septoria leaf spot, and anthracnose.
