The variety is a collection of clones selected from plantations in the area of the city of Nyírbátor. It is intended for plantation cultivation with the goal of obtaining commercial timber suitable for the furniture industry and construction.

The plant possesses high plasticity to various soil types, inherent to this species. The variety is characterized by rapid growth at a young age, however, it requires the correct choice of planting site to realize the potential of trunk quality.
