Variety description

10 August 2026

The Turbo Obelisk group of varieties is the result of many years of breeding and selection. The trees are characterized by a high growth rate that exceeds that of conventional species, with a harvest cycle that can be less than 20 years. The plants have a straight, regularly shaped trunk, which facilitates efficient wood processing.

The varieties in this group are distinguished by high resistance to diseases, pests, and drought, as well as the ability to grow on poor and marginal soils. The wood possesses strength and durability, and the plantations themselves provide abundant flowering suitable for honey production.

There is also a Turbo variety, which represents the seed progeny of the Turbo Obelisk group. It possesses improved growth characteristics compared to ordinary trees but differs in production technology and cost.
