The variety is a clone developed for industrial forest plantations with the goal of timber production, as well as for the creation of shelterbelts, sand stabilization, reclamation of degraded lands, and honey production. The trees are characterized by an extremely fast growth rate and, provided that cultivation technologies are followed, ensure a significantly higher volume of timber than traditional varieties during a 15-year rotation cycle.

Morphologically, the trees are distinguished by a straight trunk and good form, which increases the value of the timber. The plants possess high resistance to drought, air pollution, diseases, and pests, and are capable of developing on poor, marginal soils. The variety is valued in beekeeping due to its abundant and prolonged flowering with a high nectar yield.
