The Harpeep bush reaches 50–60 cm in height and about 60 cm in width. The flowers are semi-double, medium-sized, and colored bright red. The foliage is glossy with an olive-green shade. The flower fragrance is of medium intensity.

The plant belongs to the Floribunda group and is characterized by re-blooming from late spring until the first frosts. The variety is intended for use in mixed plantings, flower beds, and for cultivation in containers.
