Variety description

The variety forms a compact, upright bush 70 to 150 cm in height and up to 100 cm in width. Flowers are double, cup-shaped, 7–10 cm in diameter, and grouped in inflorescences of 3–5 or more. The color is deep, wine-burgundy with a silvery-whitish reverse side of the petals. The fragrance is of medium strength, with notes of honey and clove.

Flowering is profuse, recurrent, and almost continuous throughout the season. The plant is characterized by sturdy shoots, although inflorescences may droop during heavy precipitation. The variety is suitable for landscape planting and cut flowers. Disease resistance is assessed as variable, winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5–9.
