Diamond Jubilee
ActiveRubus idaeus L. · Red raspberry
Vinson Peter Edward
10 August 2026
The variety is everbearing and capable of fruiting on both one-year-old and two-year-old canes. The harvest on current-year canes matures from mid-July to mid-October, and on two-year-old canes from mid-May to mid-July. Cane height is lower than that of the Heritage variety.
The berries are distinguished by high density, stable size and shape, as well as easy detachment from the receptacle. The variety is susceptible to a number of diseases, including pathogens affecting purple raspberry, under certain growing conditions.
