The variety was obtained by crossing the 'Moutere' variety with breeding line D188. The plant belongs to the floricane group, fruiting on second-year canes, and is characterized by a very early ripening period compared to the Moutere, Motueka, and Tadmor varieties.
The fruit possesses high firmness and a long shelf life. Yield during trials was approximately 2.8 kg per plant. The variety is suitable for manual and mechanical harvesting and exhibits tolerance to a number of phytoviruses.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
