The variety is characterized by significant stem height, exceeding the standard Хлебная by 82.3 cm. The ear length of this variety is 5 cm greater than that of the standard variety.

The thousand kernel weight of the Levitan variety exceeds the values of the standard Хлебная by 2.4–5.2 g. The variety demonstrates adaptability to the soil and climatic conditions of Polesie.
