The variety belongs to the population type of winter rye. During research, it was noted as one of the least susceptible to ergot infection. This feature is due to the plant's short flowering period and the simultaneous opening of flowers in the spike, which limits the possibilities of fungal penetration.

The variety was used in breeding work as a crossing component to create other winter rye varieties. Intended for agricultural cultivation for grain production.
