Variety description

The variety is an ornamental plant selected from wild species native to the Falkland Islands and the south of South America. The bush reaches a height and width of about 25–30 cm and possesses a fast growth rate.

The appearance is characterized by large broadly ovate leaves with a serrated edge, covered with dense silvery felt-like pubescence. The plant exhibits resistance to drought and salt exposure, winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zone 7a with tolerance to temperatures down to -10...-12°C.
