The Aura variety was obtained as part of the breeding work of the Romanian Vegetable Research and Development Station in Buzău (S.C.D.L. Buzău). The breeding of the variety was conducted with the aim of increasing production potential and adapting plants to current climate changes.
This tomato is intended for cultivation in the open field. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, such as plant type, height, as well as a description of the fruits and resistance to specific diseases, are absent in open scientific publications.
