The Brigade tomato variety (code designation XPH 5210) is a determinate plant. The fruits of the variety are suitable for industrial processing, in particular for peeling, dicing, as well as the production of products with high solids content and increased viscosity.

The variety possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt (race 1) and Fusarium wilt (races 1 and 2). In scientific literature, the hybrid is often used as a control sample when evaluating the yield and quality indicators of new tomato varieties.
