The variety is an indeterminate hybrid with a stem height reaching 1.50–2.50 m. The fruits have an oval, plum-like shape, are characterized by juiciness and a distinct aroma, and weigh approximately 70–90 g.

Since Bodeglut is a first-generation hybrid, it does not retain varietal traits when seeds are collected independently. Currently, the variety is mainly distributed in private and amateur gardening.
