The Cronos F1 hybrid is an early-maturing plant suitable for cultivation with staking or on the ground. The fruits are characterized by a large size and firm structure, with an average weight of about 88.2 g.

In agronomic literature, the variety is associated with breeding by the company Sunseeds. The use of the hybrid is recorded in the regions of the Middle East and Mexico, as well as in experiments evaluating the impact of growing conditions on produce quality.
