DI RIMINI is an heirloom variety cultivated in Italy since the late 19th century. The plant is characterized by its compactness, which makes it suitable for container cultivation. The variety is mid-season, with a vegetation period of 72 to 85 days.
The fruits have a glossy dark purple skin and an elongated shape. The flesh is cream-colored, tender, and not bitter. The variety is thermophilic; cultivation via seedlings with subsequent transplanting into protected ground or well-lit areas with fertile soil is recommended.
