The plant is vigorous, reaching a height of about 1 meter. The period from germination to the start of fruiting is from 75 to 80 days, although the full ripening period may increase depending on growing conditions.
Fruits have an elongated-cylindrical, club-shaped form with a length of 20–22 cm and a diameter of 6–8 cm. Fruit weight varies from 100 to 180 grams. The skin is purple or almost black with characteristic creamy-white areas near the calyx; it is quite thin and suitable for consumption without peeling.
The flesh is white and has a sweetish taste, which makes the variety sought after in cooking, in particular for preparing vegetable dishes. Due to the attractive appearance of the fruits, the eggplant can also be used for decorative purposes.
