The variety is early-ripening; fruiting begins 70 days after planting seedlings. Plants are vigorous, reaching a height of 50 cm to 1.5 m, and often require staking. The variety is characterized by high endurance and is suitable for cultivation in both protected and open ground in sunny locations.
Fruits are elongated, cylindrical, 20–25 cm long and about 8 cm in diameter, covered with dark purple glossy skin. The flesh is white, firm, and tender, contains few seeds, and does not have bitterness. The variety is stable, which allows for the self-collection of seeds for future sowing.
