Eggplant Sirius F1 is a hybrid with medium vigor and a vegetation period of about 150 days. The fruits have shiny, near-black skin and fleshy pulp that is resistant to browning when sliced.
The plant has a high overall level of health and adaptability, showing specific resistance to Fusarium wilt and other soil-borne fungal diseases. The variety is suitable for culinary processing and canning; a planting pattern of 60 x 50 cm is recommended.
