The Soma F1 eggplant hybrid is a commercial variety used in professional agronomic trials. The plant forms white fruits that have an elongated shape.

The high productivity of the hybrid is achieved through a combination of a significant number of fruits per plant and their size. This hybrid was used in scientific experiments studying the effect of mulching and various types of fertilizers on growth and yield in greenhouse conditions.
