The variety was bred by crossing the varieties Zlata and hybrid HR 8/50-76. The tubers have an oval shape, dark yellow flesh that does not darken after boiling and has a firm structure. The cooking type belongs to category B/A, which makes the potato suitable for salads and side dishes.
The variety is early, characterized by excellent keeping quality and retains its properties until the next harvest. It possesses high resistance to viruses, late blight, common scab, and mechanical damage. In addition to table use, the variety can be used as starch-containing raw material.
