The variety was obtained by crossing Milva × E 87/66. The plant is characterized by restrained development during the initial growth period. Tubers have an oval shape, yellow skin and intensely yellow flesh; eyes are very shallow.
The potato has high resistance to potato wart, potato cyst nematode, and common scab; resistance to late blight is assessed as moderate. It possesses very high resistance to sprouting, which ensures a long storage period.
Regarding cooking type, it belongs to category A-B, firm, with a waxy texture. Recommended for salads, soups, baking, and frying. The variety is sensitive to sprout breakage; therefore, pre-planting sprouting or tuber stimulation is recommended.
