The variety is intended for industrial use, has a very high tuber productivity, especially on sandy soils. Tubers have an elongated-oval shape, white flesh, and fairly smooth eyes; their number per plant is quite high. Large starch granules are present in the starch composition.
The variety possesses resistance to potato cyst nematode and is used in scientific research as a model organism or parental form, including in experiments on the genetic modification of starch composition. In scientific literature, it is also mentioned in the context of studying mechanisms of resistance to late blight.
