The variety is the result of crossing Spunta and SVP Ve 66295. Plants are of medium height, upright, with thick, weakly pigmented stems. Tubers are large, elongated-oval in shape, with light-yellow smooth skin, shallow eyes, and light-yellow flesh.
The potato is resistant to potato wart, golden potato cyst nematode, PVA, PVX viruses and possesses good resistance to PVY. The variety is drought tolerant, however, it is sensitive to mechanical damage and susceptible to late blight, blackleg, and leaf roll. The dry matter content is about 19.7%.
