The variety is the result of crossing Katahdin and Chippewa. The plant forms large erect or spreading bushes with thick angular stems, the internodes of which have a reddish-violet hue. Flowering occurs with lilac or reddish-violet flowers.
Tubers have an oval-elliptical or elliptical shape of medium size with shallow eyes. The variety is characterized by high resistance to potato wart, yellow dwarf, and PVA virus. It shows moderate resistance to late blight, common scab, Verticillium wilt, and Fusarium dry rot.
Suitable for various culinary processing methods: boiling, frying, baking, and making mashed potatoes. It is distinguished by good storage performance.
