The variety was obtained by crossing Mayan Twilight and Mayan Gold varieties. The plant belongs to the mid-season maturity group.
The tubers have an oval or long-oval shape. The variety shows resistance to late blight of foliage, potato tuber necrotic ringspot virus, powdery scab, common scab, dry rot Fusarium coeruleum, and mechanical damage. It is susceptible to dry rot Fusarium sulphureum, as well as to potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis.
