The plant possesses good growth vigor and light violet flowers. The variety is characterized by high yield, setting 25–30 tubers per plant. The tubers have smooth red skin and yellow flesh, belong to culinary type AB, and contain approximately 22.8% dry matter.
The variety is resistant to golden nematode and mechanical damage during harvest, and has low susceptibility to late blight. However, it is susceptible to common scab and highly susceptible to potato virus Y (Yn). Not suitable for processing into chips or french fries. Derived from a cross between the varieties Belana and AR 01-3576.
