The variety is early and develops its yield quickly. The parent forms are Kismet and a hybrid of Desiree and Maris Piper. The plants have a relatively low height, which ensures resistance to windy conditions.
The tubers have a short or oval shape, light brown smooth skin and very small, shallow eyes. The flesh is cream or whitish-cream in color. The flesh texture is firm, but after heat treatment it is described as watery due to the low dry matter percentage.
The variety possesses complex resistance to common scab, powdery scab and blackleg, however, it shows susceptibility to some types of potato cyst nematode. Culinary use includes boiling and use in salads.
