Tubers of the Zuzanna variety have a round shape, yellow netted skin and cream-yellow flesh. Eyes are shallow or medium deep. The variety is distinguished by vigorous growth in the initial development period.
The plant possesses resistance to potato wart and nematodes Ro1, Ro4, and also demonstrates resistance to virus Y and late blight. Low susceptibility to common scab and flesh spotting is noted, while sensitivity to mechanical damage is assessed as medium.
The primary purpose of the variety is industrial starch production. Due to its stability and resistance to a number of soil-borne pathogens, the variety can be used in organic farming.
