Variety description

The plant is a dwarf or low-growing shrub, reaching 0.4–0.6 m in height and 0.8–0.9 m in width. The compound pinnate leaves resemble a fern. In spring, the foliage has reddish-orange or peach hues, turns bright green in summer, and colors yellow in autumn.
The variety blooms rarely and sparsely with white paniculate inflorescences from June to August, which allows it to maintain a dense rounded shape. The plant has high winter hardiness (zones 3–7), prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations and moist drained soils. Compared to the species, the variety forms fewer root suckers.
Used as an ornamental foliage plant for creating borders, mass plantings and low hedges, and is also suitable for growing in containers.
