The Super Dolce 10 hybrid is classified as a representative of the Sorghum genus and is used as a cover or catch crop. The primary purpose of the variety is phytosanitary control, in particular, the control of root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne javanica.

The main characteristic of the hybrid is the high content of dhurrin in the roots and the above-ground part. During the decomposition of plant residues in the soil, this substance releases components that suppress nematode activity. Data on the use of the variety as a grain crop for food or feed grain are absent.
