The hybrid belongs to the mid-late maturity group with a growing period of 115–120 days, although it is classified as mid-early in some regional trials. The variety is intended for conditions with high yield potential and potential limited water stress.

The plant possesses good early growth vigor and demonstrates flexibility to various seeding rate densities. According to field trial results, the hybrid exhibits lodging resistance and has a medium level of resistance to the sorghum midge.
