The hybrid is characterized by rapid initial development, with a period to flowering of about 72 days. Plant height varies from 110 to 125 cm, and the closed-type panicle reaches 25–30 cm in length.

The plant possesses high tolerance to major foliar diseases and is resistant to lodging and tillering. The thousand kernel weight is 20–25 g, and the tannin content is less than 0.1%.

This hybrid is most often used for producing silage, green fodder, and grazing, rather than for food grain production.
