The variety was obtained by individual selection of self-pollinated lines from the progeny of the Bianco variety. The plant is characterized by medium height, has a symmetrical elongated compact panicle and white grain.

The variety possesses high productivity and combining ability, adapted to difficult growing conditions. The grain is used in rations for pigs and for the production of gluten-free dietary food products, such as bread, rusks, crackers and cookies.
