The variety belongs to the mid-early group; the period from emergence to flowering is 60–62 days. Plants reach a height of up to 2.5 meters. The variety is characterized as leafy, with very thin stems, which facilitates the drying of the mown mass during hay harvesting.

The plant possesses a high tillering capacity and rapid regrowth after mowing, which allows for two to three cuts per season. The variety is noted for good lodging resistance and high forage palatability. The optimal time for mowing is when the plants reach a height of about 1.5 meters, before the heading phase begins.
