The plant has an upright growth type, which allows the leaves to remain above the soil surface. The variety forms a large number of flexible, smooth, dark green, rounded leaves, although the size of individual leaves may be smaller than in other varieties.
The hybrid is resistant to downy mildew (races 1–10) and has high resistance to bolting. The variety is suitable for harvesting both in the baby leaf stage and upon reaching full maturity.
