Melville F1 is a mid-early hybrid with an upright growth habit. The plant forms smooth leaves of medium or dark green color, characterized by high crop uniformity.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field during the spring and autumn periods. The produce is suitable for sale on the fresh market and for use as raw material for baby leaf production.
