Variety description

The variety forms a compact bush with large dark green leaves that have slight blistering. The leaves have a soft, dense, crisp texture and a mild, slightly sweet taste.

The plant is mid-season and fully winter hardy. Like other spinach varieties, it is prone to rapid bolting when sown in summer or harvested late.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the open field during the spring and autumn periods. Spring sowing from February to April and autumn sowing from August to October are recommended.
