The variety possesses high resistance to drought and carbonate stress. The variety shows sensitivity to exposure to heavy metals such as iron and zinc, as well as to high salinity levels of 225 mM NaCl. The plant shows a moderate degree of resistance to moderate salinity of 75 mM NaCl and exposure to nickel.

The variety often serves as a model object when studying the influence of abiotic factors on the content of antioxidant enzymes, chlorophylls, proline, and carotenoids in tissues. Publicly available information on agronomic characteristics, such as the vegetation period or plant height, is limited to data from physiological experiments.
