The plant forms a dense bush, branching well from the base. Leaves are dark green, leathery, narrow-lanceolate in shape; they are larger in the basal rosette and smaller on the stems. Under certain climatic conditions, the foliage retains its green color during the winter period.
Flowers reach 8–9 cm in diameter and have a lavender-blue hue with a white center. Ray florets have a fringed shape. Flowering is abundant and prolonged, lasting from late June to August. Flower stalks are strong, upright, and resistant to lodging.
The variety possesses good winter hardiness down to -21...-22 °C and drought tolerance after establishment. It is not susceptible to serious diseases and pests, however, it is sensitive to winter waterlogging of the soil. The plant is suitable for flower beds, mixed borders, container gardening, and cut flowers.
