The plant forms a compact, well-branched shrub from the base, with an upright, rounded shape. Leaves are dark green, leathery, narrow, and oblong; the variety is evergreen or semi-evergreen depending on the climate.
Flowers reach 8–10 cm in diameter and feature a characteristic fringed petal edge and a white center. The flowering period lasts from June until the end of summer or early autumn. Stems are sturdy and capable of supporting large inflorescences without lodging.
The variety is adapted to USDA hardiness zones 5–9 (down to -22 °C) and requires good soil drainage. Used in landscape design for borders, mass plantings, and container gardening; suitable for cutting and attracting pollinators.
